TEKNISKE OPLYSNINGER OG COOKIES

Convision’s websted kan besøges, uden at dine personlige oplysninger videregives til os. Convision indsamler på websiden automatisk data om brugerne af webstedet, som f.eks. HVORFOR INDSAMLER VI DINE PERSONOPLYSNINGER

Vi indsamler og behandler dine oplysninger for at kunne udføre vores HR-opgaver, herunder bemanding af opgaver fra vores kunder, lønudbetaling, rekruttering og udvælgelse og beskæftigelsesegnethed, lønadministration og personaleledelse.

MERE SPECIFIKT BEHANDLES DINE PERSONOPLYSNINGER FOR AT KUNNE

1. Sende dig tilbud og/eller oplysninger om vores tjenester og andre aktiviteter, samt i højere grad at kunne koordinere disse med dine krav og kvalifikationer. Disse opgaver udføres af vores medarbejdere og er delvist automatiserede.
2. Kontakte dig angående information om din ledighedsdato via SMS, men kun hvis du har tilmeldt dig dette (tilvalg).
3. Vurdere din egnethed og rådighed i forbindelse med jobplacering i faste eller midlertidige stillinger eller opgaver, hvor testresultater, undersøgelse af referencer m.m. evt. også benyttes.
4. Indgå, opretholde og afslutte et ansættelses- og/eller personaleforhold med dig og kunne udføre de relevante administrative opgaver.
5. Registrere en opgave i en kontrakt med kunden samt administrere og overholde kontrakten med kunden.
6. Behandle data for vores kunder i forhold til screening inden ansættelsen.
7. Foretage administration, herunder administration af oplysninger, organisering af intern overholdelse og kontrol, forretningssikkerhed, arbejdsmiljøsikkerhed revision og dataanalyse samt generel revision.
8. Overholde gældende love og regler, hvis vi har indgået en tilknytningsaftale med dig, herunder men ikke begrænset til, arbejdslovgivning, overenskomstforhold, skatte- og socialpolitisk lovgivning, begrænsning af svindel samt national og international sanktionslovgivning.

HVILKE PERSONOPLYSNINGER INDSAMLER VI OM DIG

Vi behandler de personoplysninger, der er nødvendige for at kunne levere vores tjenester. Nogle af disse oplysninger er obligatoriske, hvis du skal kunne benytte vores tjenester.  Det kan være hensigtsmæssigt at indsamle yderligere oplysninger for at kunne matche vores tjenester bedre med dine krav og kvalifikationer eller for at imødekomme mere specifikke kundeanmodninger eller forpligtelser.  I det øjeblik, hvor du begynder at arbejde for/arbejder for/har arbejdet for Convision behandler vi følgende oplysninger i tillæg til de oplysninger du gav ved din registrering:

• CPR-nummer, skatteoplysninger og kontooplysninger

• Vi behandler også data som en del af screeningsprocessen inden ansættelse for vores kunder.

Convision registrerer kun følsomme personoplysninger, hvis dette er nødvendigt i forhold til at overholde de juridiske forpligtelser, i det omfang der er givet samtykke til dette, eller hvis det på anden måde er tilladt eller påbudt ved lov. ‘Personfølsomme oplysninger’ henviser til oplysninger om en persons race, religion, domme, politiske holdninger, helbred, seksuelle praksis, fagforeningsmedlemskab og/eller personoplysninger angående ulovlig adfærd eller chikane.

HVEM DELER VI DINE PERSONLIGE OPLYSNINGER MED

Convision kan videregive dine personoplysninger internt til Salg, Sourcing og rekruttering og Regnskab og Ledelse, samt til kunder og underleverandører (f.eks. databehandlere), som udfører opgaver på Convision’s vegne, leverandører, offentlige myndigheder, pensionsselskaber, arbejdsgiverforeninger og andre forretningsforbindelser og i alle andre tilfælde, hvor vi kan blive pålagt at gøre dette, f.eks. ved dom eller kendelse.

Personoplysninger afgives på baggrund af en legitim interesse, juridisk forpligtelse og/eller for at kunne opfylde kontrakten i overensstemmelse med de formål, som er angivet under afsnittet “Hvorfor indsamler vi dine personoplysninger”.

Dine personoplysninger må videregives uden for Danmarks grænser dog kun til lande indenfor EU samt EØS. Convision har truffet de nødvendige foranstaltninger for at sikre, at de personoplysninger, der videregives, beskyttes mod tab eller ulovlig behandling.

HVOR LÆNGE OPBEVARER VI DINE PERSONOPLYSNINGER

Tidsrummet for opbevaring afhænger af de gældende lovbestemte tidsfrister for opbevaring af data.

KANDIDATER I FORBINDELSE MED FASTANSÆTTELSE (REKRUTTERING)

Dine joboplysninger (CV, arbejdserfaring, uddannelse, testresultater m.m.) er til rådighed indtil ansættelsesprocessen er afsluttet. Herefter slettes oplysningerne.

Hvis du ikke længere ønsker at være registreret hos os under en ansættelsesproces, kan du afmelde dig ved at sende en e-mail til info@convision.dk. Du vil derefter ikke længere blive kontaktet af Convision på baggrund af de førnævnte oplysninger.

KONSULENTER I FORBINDELSE MED KONSULENTOPGAVER (FREELANCE)

Er du registreret som konsulent hos Convision og dermed med det formål kontinuerligt at blive tilbudt opgaver gemmer vi dine oplysninger indtil du ikke længere ønsker at være registreret.

Hvis du ikke længere ønsker at være registreret, kan du give besked om dette til info@convision.dk. Du vil derefter ikke længere blive kontaktet eller modtage tilbud om opgaver og jobtilbud fra Convision på baggrund af de førnævnte oplysninger.

Med henvisning til gældende regnskabslov opbevares de personoplysninger, der optræder i din ansættelseskontrakt i fem år efter udløbet af ansættelseskontrakten.

Visse personoplysninger er til rådighed for Convision i et længere tidsrum, f.eks. til brug i forbindelse med klager eller skattemæssige forpligtelser.

PERSONOPLYSNINGER VEDRØRENDE FORRETNINGSFORBINDELSER

Convision behandler personoplysninger for relevante personer, der arbejder for virksomheder, vi samarbejder med for at kunne (1) give tilbud på og/eller levere oplysninger om vores tjenester og andre aktiviteter, (2) anmode om og gennemgå tilbud og oplysninger om tjenester og produkter til Convision, (3) opretholde en forretningsforbindelse og (4) indgå aftaler om og administrere ordrer.

Vi behandler personoplysninger for forretningsforbindelser, herunder:

navne, kontaktoplysninger og kontaktpersonernes stillinger.

Convision kan videregive personoplysninger fra forretningsforbindelser, hvis dette er nødvendigt for at kunne realisere målsætningerne for forretningsforbindelsen eller for formålet med jobplaceringen/opgaven. Disse oplysninger kan videregives til andre Convision-enheder, til ansøgere eller kandidater, samarbejdspartnere og underleverandører (f.eks. databehandlere), som leverer tjenester på vegne af Convision, samt i alle andre tilfælde, hvor Convision måtte være pålagt at gøre dette ved dom eller kendelse. Personoplysningerne kan videregives til andre lande dog udelukkende lande indenfor EU og EØS. Convision har truffet de nødvendige foranstaltninger for at sikre, at alle de personoplysninger, der videregives, beskyttes korrekt mod tab eller ulovlig behandling.

DINE RETTIGHEDER

Du har ret til at få adgang til at se og/eller rette dine personoplysninger.

FOR KANDIDATER, KONSULENTER, SELVSTÆNDIGE OG FORRETNINGSFORBINDELSER:

Hvis du har din egen konto i vort system, kan du via dit logon få adgang til en stor del af de personoplysninger, der er registreret om dig. Du kan til enhver tid selv ændre en række oplysninger, f.eks. ved at ændre i dit CV eller dine kontooplysninger.

Du kan via dit personlige logon, som du har fået tilsendt efter registrering, få adgang til alle dine behandlede personoplysninger og herigennem ændre, eksportere eller slette oplysningerne. Opstår der problemer i forbindelse med dette kan du henvende dig til info@convision.dk hos Convision.

SIKKERHED

Convision sikrer og beskytter dine personoplysninger mod tab eller ulovlig brug. Vi gør dette på baggrund af fysiske, administrative, organisationsmæssige og tekniske sikkerhedsforanstaltninger.

For eksempel: kun autoriseret adgang til oplysningerne. Hvis og i det omfang der leveres data til databehandlerne, som leverer tjenester eller udfører opgaver på dennes vegne, har Convision også indgået aftale med dem om, at de vil sikre personoplysningerne så effektivt som muligt.

Convision is convinced that the privacy of its candidates, staffing employees, employees and its other relations and visitors to the website is of essential importance. Personal details are therefore handled and secured with the greatest possible care, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Personal Data Act.

WHO WE ARE?

Convision A/S (CVR number 25 05 05 41) having office at Vester Farimagsgade 6, 2, 1606 København V, (hereinafter referred to as: Convision), is the controller of the personal data it processes (‘controller’ within the meaning of the Personal Data Act) in compliance with the Personal Data Acts.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND COOKIES

In general, our website can be visited without your personal data being passed on to us. WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We collect and process your data for the performance of our HR services, including placement, temporary staffing, payroll, recruitment & selection, personal development and employability, salary administration and personnel management.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO

1. Make offers to you and/or to provide you with information on the services and other activities and to be able to coordinate these more closely with your requirements and qualities. This is done by our employees and is partially automated.
2. Contact you for information about your leave date via SMS, solely if you have registered for this (opt-in)
3. Assess your suitability and availability in connection with placement in permanent or fixed-term jobs or an assignment, in which case test results, reference checks etc. may also be used
4. Contract and maintain an employment or personnel/placement relationship with you and perform the relevant administration for this purpose.
5. Record an assignment in a contract with the client and to manage and comply the contract with the client
6. Process data for our clients in relation to pre-employment screening.
7. For management purposes including management information, organizing internal compliance and control, business security, occupational health & safety, performing audits and data analysis and general auditing

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ON YOU?

We process the personal data necessary for our service provision; some of these data are mandatory for you to be able to use our services. Additional data may be desirable in order to be able to match the services more closely to your requirements and qualities or to meet more specific client requests or obligations. You yourself are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data that you provide.

More specifically for freelance consultants, this concern (documents with) personal data including the following:

Convision records sensitive personal data only if this is necessary in order to comply with its legal obligations, in as far as consent has been granted or if this is otherwise permitted by or pursuant to the law. ‘Sensitive personal data’ refers to details about a person’s race, religion, convictions, political opinions, health, sexual life, trade union membership and/or personal data regarding unlawful behavior or harassment.

WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Convision may pass on your personal data to other Convision entities like Sales, Sourcing and recruitment, Accounting and management, its clients, sub-contractors (e.g. data processors) who perform services or execute assignments on its behalf, suppliers, government agencies, pension providers, employer associations and other business relations and in all other cases in which we may be obliged to do so, for example by a court order or court decision.

Personal data are provided on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or to execute the contract in compliance with the objectives listed in “Why do we collect your personal data?”.

Your personal data may be transferred outside Denmark, however only to countries within the EU and EEA. Convision has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the personal data transferred are adequately protected against loss or unlawful processing.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The retention periods that we apply depend on the applicable statutory terms for retaining data.

Candidates for permanent employment (recruitment)

Your placement data (CV, work experience, education, test results etc.) are available Until the recruitment process has been completed. Following the information is deleted.

If you no longer wish to be registered with us during a recruitmenr, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@Convision.dk. You will no longer be contacted by Convision based on the aforementioned information.

CONSULTANTS IN THE FIELD OF CONSULTANCY (FREELANCE)

If you are registered as a consultant at Convision and thus for the purpose of continuously being offered tasks, we will keep your information until you no longer wish to be registered.

If you no longer wish to be registered, you can report this to info@convision.dk. You will then no longer be contacted or receive offers of tasks and job offers from Convision based on the aforementioned information.

With reference to the current accounting act, the personal data appearing in your employment contract will be retained for five years after the expiration of the employment contract.

Certain personal information is available for Convision for an extended period of time, for example. for use in connection with complaints or tax liabilities.

Certain personal data are available to Convision for a longer term, for the purpose of e.g. claims and fiscal obligations.

If you no longer wish to be placed by us, you can contact us by sending an email to dpo@Convision.dk and any job alerts can be deactivated directly in the email with your last job offer from Convision. You will no longer be contacted, placed by Convision or receive any job alerts.

PERSONAL DATA OF BUSINESS RELATIONS

Convision processes the personal data of relevant persons working for companies with which we do business in order to (1) make offers for and/or provide information on our services and other activities, and (2) to request and review offers and information for services and products to Convision  and (3) maintain a business relationship and (4) contract and maintain an order agreement.

We process personal data of business relations, including:

Names, contact details and positions of contact persons.

Convision may pass on personal data obtained from its business relations if this is necessary in order to realize the objectives of the business relation or for the purpose of placement/assignment. These data may be transferred to other Convision entities, to applicants or candidates, business partners and subcontractors (e.g. data processors) who provide services on Convision’s behalf, and in all other cases in which Convision may be required to do so, for example by a court order or court decision. Personal data may be transferred outside Denmark, however only to countries within the EU and EEA. Convision has taken the necessary measures to ensure that all personal data transferred are adequately protected against loss or unlawful processing.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access and/or correct your personal data.

FOR CANDIDATES, CONSULTANTS, SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS AND BUSINESS RELATIONS:

If you have your own account in our system, you can access a large part of the personal data recorded about you via your logon. You can change a number of data yourself at any time, for example by making changes to your CV or your account details.

You can access all your processed personal information through your personal login, which you have received after registration, by changing, exporting or deleting the information. If you encounter any problems, please contact info@convision.dk at Convision.

SECURITY

Convision will secure and protect your personal data against loss or unlawful use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical security measures.

For example: authorized access to the data only. If and in as far as data are provided to data processors that provide services or execute assignments on its behalf, Convision has also agreed with them that they will secure personal data as effectively as possible.
